1. No Online Payments
Legacy Mihira does not collect any booking amounts, token amounts, or payments of any kind through this website. Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a booking or payment commitment.
2. Booking Cancellation
Any booking made through our sales office is subject to the terms and conditions set out in the registered Allotment Letter and Sale Agreement. Cancellation terms, deductions, and refund timelines are governed by those documents.
3. Refund Process
In the event of a cancellation or refund being applicable as per your Sale Agreement:
- A written cancellation request must be submitted to the sales office
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the timelines stipulated in your Sale Agreement
- Refunds will be made to the original bank account of the buyer by NEFT/RTGS
- Any applicable deductions (as per your agreement) will be applied before refund processing
4. RERA Rights
Buyers have rights under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. In case of disputes, buyers may approach the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority. RERA — Registration Coming Soon.
